TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms and Conditions:
- Commissions are for PERSONAL USE. You are not allowed to resell commissions in any capacity, including as NFTs, or feed it to the AI.
⟡ If you want to take on a commercial order (cover, illustration for a book, merch etc.), then write about it when you are commissioning me and depending on what it is I will refuse or accept the commission.
- The commission will take from 5 days up to a month depending on the complexity. If I’ll need more time to work on your commission I’ll contact you.
- I’ll be working on the commissions by the order I receive them. If you need a commission done by a deadline we’ll discuss if it’ll be possible for me to meet the deadline. (In that case there will be possible additional fees.)
- The payment is 100% upfront or 50% in the beginning and 50% after I show you the sketch. Once I have started your commission there will be 50% chance of refund in the sketch phase, after that there will be NO refunds!
- I retain the copyrights of commissioned artwork. I can post the finished pieces on social media and include them in my portfolio. (If the client wishes otherwise they will inform me.)
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
- If the client shares the piece online, they’ll include the credit.
- No response within 10 business days will be considered a cancellation with NO refunds.
- I reserve the right to stop working on the commission or cancel a commission request due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior from the side of the client. Depending on the process stage 50% refund is possible.
- If the payment isn’t made within a week of the price quote being sent, your commission request will be canceled.

INSTRUCTIONS

Please read terms of service before commissioning me- Payment via Paypal.
- Send me a message in dm or an email stating which commission you are interested in. We’ll discuss what you want and the final price. I’ll start working on the commission when I receive your payment. (If you send me an email I might take longer to respond, so it would be better to rather send a dm）
- Send me as much references, pictures and descriptions as possible so I can make your commission exactly as you want. ( body types, facial features etc.)
- During the process I’ll send you a rough sketch, clean sketch, color, and then finished piece. Bigger changes are possible in the rough sketch phase, and only minor ones during the other latter stages. (I will not do more than five bigger changes.)
- Finished JPEG, PNG and PDF files sent via email or google drive.

- Design complexity 5€+: extreme poses, lots of accessories, tattoos; complex clothing or armor, hand props (weapons etc.), if the pose of two or more characters interacting is more complex.
